Without a GSM signal, the device can’t send the location and does not work. However, it stores the locations on RAM and sends them as soon as it gets the GSM signal again.

No, you don’t need to charge Guardbike, because its power supply comes from battery of E-bike. Tracker-e uses only x maH in y time.
Tracker-e comes wih 5 years of internet/gps conecction already included in the price. From the sixth xear on, the subscription will cost 20€ per year (25$).
When moving, the data is updated every 10 seconds. When E-Bike is still data is updated every 15 minutes.
If your Guardbike doesn’t work due to malfunctioning of the electronics, we will take it back and ship you a new one. If you need any help, please check our support page.
At the start of the third year from the activation date, you will be asked to enter a payment method for the internet connection (39,99€/year). You will be able to cancel your subscription at anytime.
